If your unit is under warranty, we will repair or replace defective components at no charge provided the product has not been subject to misuse, abuse, or any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair.
Warranted products requiring service must have an original purchase receipt and use a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Please use your original "order number" as your RMA number.
Before you make a warranty claim on your PestAway unit, please get in touch with us - it may be a simple issue we can assist you with via email or a phone call. Use the Submit a request link on the top of this page or via our customer support email: firstname.lastname@example.org
To make a warranty claim for replacement or repair of a faulty PestAway unit, please return your non-working unit to us at the address below.
Please include the following details inside your return package to initiate a warranty claim:
• your purchase receipt and/or order number
• date of purchase
• place of purchase
• description of your problem
All faulty units must be shipped with your Return Authorization Number (original order number), clearly printed on the shipping label to:

You are responsible for all inbound shipping costs on returned units.
We will cover the shipping costs of your replacement unit when it ships to you.
